GDPA Fasteners has a fully equipped division making Washers and Sheet Metal Components. We have precision mechanical, pneumatic, knuckle joint presses capable of delivering standard punched parts & also precision profiled parts to customer specification.
GDPA’s Washer section delivers high volume standard parts to all the relevant International standards DIN, ISO, BS, AS, ANSI, NEN and JIS. We also cater to small volume precision washers to specialised drawings and specifications, requiring close tolerances, precise internal and external diameters & thicknesses. GDPA also manufactures CNC machined - and other Punched / Profiled and fabricated washers parts.
GDPA's Sheet Metal and Fabrication division is equipped with CAD/CAM station, CNC Wire Cut / EDM machine for tool making and automated cutting / profiling and multi-spindle drilling machines. We have Forming and Bending Presses, Surface Grinding and Automated Welding Facility.
Our specialization is in Hot Dip Galvanizing Washers and Sheet Metal Components.
