GDPA Fastener’s Tamper-Proof / Anti-Vandal Fastening systems division manufactures fasteners for boundaries, fencing systems and maximum security palisades. These are used for securing boundaries in houses, commercial estates, farms, historical sites, playgrounds for schools, public parks, penitentiaries and security areas.
Anti -Vandal Fastening systems include BOLTS PROFILED TO SUIT PALISADE CONTOURS (Saddle bolts, T-head, Cup square bolts) ASSEMBLED WITH SHEAR I BREAK-OFF NUTS & BREAK-OFF/SHEAR BOLTS ASSEMBLED WITH STANDARD NUTS.
The shearing system is designed for quick assembly and instant Break-off at the specified torque. This system once assembled on the fencing cannot be opened without damaging/breaking the assembly.
Anti-Vandal Fasteners are manufactured on CNC machines and special process machines. These machines have been designed specifically to deliver high levels of productivity while ensuring correct contours and angles on the product. Stringent quality control ensures accurate break-off loads and slip free grip on the different contours of the palisade fencing.
These products are available in 4.6/4.8 and 8.8 grades and stainless steel, aluminium and brass.
