These are used in Foundation Bases, Tower Splices, Tower to Ring, Blades to Rotor Hubs & Nacella and similar applications. These are highly safety critical as they are subjected to high loads, temperature, vibrations and load reversals.
GDPA is fully equipped in technical human resource and manufacturing setup to be able to deliver these parts. At GDPA, we combine years of experience in fastener manufacturing with our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, test center, continuous R&D and hence has developed expertise in manufacturing these fasteners. All our raw material goes through stringent quality control like ultra-sound testing etc.
We use Precision Forging / CNC Machining / Controlled Heat Treatment and Surface Treatment for manufacturing and provide complete batch lot traceability vide our internal ERP system. These parts are qualified and certified to 10204 3.1 certification FULL PPAP, process route mapping etc provided.
