GDPA’s special division for Engineered Fasteners / Components was born as a result of our focus and attention to detail. Precision and quality, flexibility in manufacturing and our customers push towards Forged and turned components. We service a wide variety of OEM customers with tailor made solutions.
We have a range of high precision machines fully dedicated to engineered parts :
- Forging Presses (Vertical and Horizontal)
- Metal Gathering / Forming Machines,
- CNC Turning Centres
- Centreless Grinders
- Laser Markers etc.
Today GDPA Fasteners has 8 hot forging presses, 10 high precision CNC machines and growing. We have the in-house tooling and die making facility enabling us to service customers with rapid prototyping, quick serial supplies and also flexibility in re-engineering products.
The parts include :
- Heavy Forgings
- Fasteners to customer drawings with secondary tooling.
- Bushes, Spacers
- Shafts and Pins
We have a fully dedicated team that works closely with customers assisting them in design and development, tooling, material selection and other aspects of engineering. Our tooling division is capable of developing its own dies, jigs and fixtures, rapid prototyping etc. We are able to provide complete paperwork such as advanced quality planning, SPC and MSA reports along with basic PPAP and quality certifications.
Our in house heat treatment section has a SCADA controlled continuous line and GCF furnaces. This gives us the flexibility of heat treating parts from 6mm upto 200mm in diameter and upto 2000mm in length.
