GDPA Fasteners has a range of Automated Cutting and Hydraulic Threading Machines, producing a range of Standard Threaded Rods and Custom-Made Engineered Studs. These are made in Metric, Metric Fine .Bsw. BSF uNC uNF threads and also trapezoidal Acme and unconventional threads.
This section also includes the Anchor Bolts division doing a range of U / J / L and Anchor Bolts along with Eye Bolts in Bent, Bent and Welded and Forged types. As these parts are used for load bearing applications, these are made by cold / warm bending and forging processes with special attention towards tooling and heating to ensure stress pockets and cracks do not occur. These products are used in Structural Support Systems, Foundations, HVAC and Pipe Clamping Applications, Automotive, Trailer & Heavy Earth Moving Equipment.
Our specialization includes :
- Threading capability from M6 to M80 in lengths upto 6000mm.
- Heat treatment facility upto 2000mm.
- Hot dip galvanizing upto 3000mm.
- Bending capability from M6 to 56mm diameter for U/L & anchor bolts and bent products.
- Forging and metal gathering capability upto 64mm for eye bolts.
