We have 4-station / 5-station Cold Forming machines, Heavy Forging Stations, Forging Upsetters, Metal Gathering Stations with an installed capacity of approximately 800 – 1000 mt per month and growing year on year. Forging done through plc controlled induction heaters ensure precise temperature of billets for getting well-formed heads and a contained grain flow. This reduces stress ensuring no failures due to stress, fatigue, impact etc.
